Day 1

Meeting at the airport of Geneva. Transfer to Lyon - the gastronomic capital of France.
Accommodation at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel. Meeting with the assistant. Accommodation in Hotel Boscolo 4 *.
The hotel is located in an old mansion of the 19th century in the central part of the city, close to the old quarters, museums, theaters, restaurants and shops.
The hotel has a meeting room, a restaurant and bar.
All the rooms have individual air conditioning, telephone, modem, TV, safe, mini-bar.

Day 2

"Triathlon in the City": Segway-bike-walk along the quays of the Rhone and the central square.
The group is divided into teams of three kinds of movement.
Each team, under the guidance of an instructor, performs a route with a variety of tasks that will allow participants to get acquainted with the main sights of the city in the form of a game.
Vehicles: Segway, bicycle and on foot. At the end of the winning team will receive a prize, and the group will be presented to the photo essay.

A unique tool for recreation and entertainment, fast, quiet, does not require fuel, environmentally friendly, easy to operate and pleasant to use.
After sports, dinner will take place in a typical Lyon restaurant, which is called "Bouchon". Bouchon - this is typical of Lyons restaurants.
They are characterized by a cozy, "family" atmosphere. It's simple and fun, visitors to communicate as if all have been familiar with each other, and the landlord may well make a joke out into the hall and talk to the guests.
People come here to relax in good company, talk to friends and strangers at the next table.
And, of course, eat well! The second half of the day: "Finding gastronomic treasures" in the historic center. Two teams: competition for the fastest tasting in typical shops: cheese, snacks and pastries.
The final competition for the ability to taste each team.
Dinner at the hotel.
Dinner consists of three courses: appetizer, main dish and dessert, wine and coffee.

Day 3

Working daily in conference-hall of the hotel Boscolo.
Coffee Break: cold and hot drinks, pastries and juices.
Lunch at the three courses, wine and coffee.
Afternoon: free time to 18 hours, shopping, museums, if desired.
Evening: Master-class gastronomic cuisine.
Two teams, while the first team is preparing a hot dish and snacks under the guidance of renowned chefs, the other team learns the art of combining dishes with a French wine under the guidance of expert sommelier.
Then the teams are reversed, the second team is preparing a dessert and an entree.
In the end, each team gets evaluated gastronomic jury. The winning team is awarded a prize.
Option: branded aprons with the logo or company name of each participant.

Day 4

Departure in the Beaujolais wine region, located in the north of Lyon, 40 km away.
The region is known for its vineyards, which appeared here in the 9th century.
Today, this area is famous for holiday wine - Beaujolais Nouveau, which is held here every year in late November and attracts wine lovers from all over the world.
Wine Olympiad in one of the Beaujolais wine-growing land - sporting event around the wine theme: skiing wine barrels, construction of the pyramids, the game is a "trap" for the waiter, wine and gastronomic tests.
Length - 4 hours with the transfer.
The winning team is awarded a "vine surprise." Lunch in the Beaujolais Transfer to Lyon.
The second half of the day is free.
Evening, about 19 h 30: dinner on a boat with a walk along the Rhone.
A unique opportunity to enjoy the city at night, which is fine as ever at this time of day.
The ship restaurant offers a menu prepared by the chef, having the title of «Toques blanches françaises», which is a pre-guaranteed quality and compliance with the finest traditions of French gastronomy.
The dinner includes: escalope "foie gras" on gingerbread loaf with apple mousse, fish fillet in lemon sauce, assorted French cheeses, dessert, depending on the season.

Transfer to Geneva. Departure.
